Noetzie

The existing structure was an old log home build on rock piers and fragile timber joists. The construction brief was to modernise the building without changing the structure. To achieve this, Aluzinc cladding was installed over the timber walls, new interior finishes were added, and the decking, paving and walls were upgraded. The sea wall was also rebuilt after wave damage using Sholin retaining blocks clad in the original rock.
